Coaching

Individual Coaching is provided both face to face and by phone. Normally, sessions are 45-90 minutes weekly or twice per month. It begins as the goals and targets are assessed. The sessions are not just chats but are very focused and results-oriented discussions in a warm, positive style.

Coaching Readiness

An evaluation process, usually in four to five sessions, to determine if a candidate will benefit from individual coaching that focuses on topics such as personal effectiveness, communication skills, teamwork, etc.

On-Boarding

Coaching new or recently promoted employees on the skills necessary to excel in their new position. On-Boarding is highly customized and, as such, is most successful with a high level of management input.

Pre-Employment Screening

APC evaluates the probability of a candidate succeeding in a key position within our client’s company.  The goal: eliminate individuals who may not fit the company culture in areas such as working with others, taking correction, accepting responsibility, etc.  

Physician-to-Physician

Understanding the unique pressures experienced by a doctor is critical in providing personal development coaching for a physician.  APC staff member, Dr. Jon Limpert, M.D., also a certified executive coach, excels in working with doctors.  

Emotional Regulation/Anger Management

APC offers a personalized coaching program for executives, physicians and corporate leaders. Tools are provided to empower them to overcome the unique stresses that are inherent to their position in their industry.
