Allison’s career interests and experience revolve around business and leadership development, executive coaching, physician/clinician well-being, and healthcare innovation. She is a certified executive coach, with a background in clinical counseling and knows the ‘business’ of healthcare. Work-life experiences have honed her people and analytical skills - qualifying her to lead individuals and teams to accomplish defined goals.
